Flowers
With this series, I wanted to capture the poetry of flowers entertwined with human life, transforming the heart of our densely populated cities and creating visual stories full of colours, full of hope, full of beauty. Flowers able to take over the mundane, play hide-and-seek with humans, and show the enduring beauty of nature, enduring against the fragility and temporality of our own existence. I intended this series to be playful, curious, imperfect - putting side by side flowers, humans and concrete entertwined in a joyful dance that will last only a moment. As flowers can only live an instant, before giving way to the passage of time.
